Shipping & Returns


 

RETURNS POLICY 

We do not offer refunds for the change of mind. 
We will however happily provide an exchange for incorrect sizing if requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us on any sizing concerns prior to placing your order.

The item/s must be in original condition, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way for the above to apply. Woven Kids has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their condition.

Please note, the customer will be required to wear the cost for the return to us, and pay again to get the item back to them. As we are a small business we are unable to wear any return or exchange postage costs. 

ORGANISING A RETURN

To organise a return please email us at hello@wovenkids.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond with instructions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanged or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels. All of our items are recommended to be hand washed with cold water to avoid damage of your products. Please keep this in mind if any item is damaged after washing your product, we will not be held accountable.

PLEASE NOTE: If you damage a garment we cannot accept garments back for exchange 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. We inspect all items before they are posted, although if items fail to be of acceptable quality, we will assess the item accordingly. Exchange of items is subject to availability. Woven Kids considers items to be faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.
